SO i tried so hard to get back on track for new years but then fell back into bad habits…..
after eating literally candy for every meal a week straight i decided i should probably chill out and be serious about this
these are just my results after 10 DAYS of doing the 30 day shred and i’ve already lost 6+ inches
+going to the gym, and eating healthy
can’t wait to see where i’ll be by spring break
